Mastering AutoCAD is both an art and a science:

You can know every command — but without knowing what’s relevant, you’ll waste time using tools you'll never use
You can work without templates, systems, and shortcuts — but you'll spend hours on what should take minutes
You can guess your way through the tools — but without a workflow you'll never produce a real-life plan
You can wing it project-by-project — OR you can get organized once and profit on your skillset for years

Guessing your way through AutoCAD does not produce plans.

Following a step-by-step system does.

Inside this course, you’ll follow the exact process that's been used to design hundreds of residential landscape plans — from blank screen to professional plan, no prior software experience needed.

Design Landscapes

Deliver real 2D plans clients love.

At The Landscape Library Academy, we believe you shouldn’t have to waste years learning a software.

But let’s be honest. AutoCAD can feel overwhelming at first.

The interface is dense, the tools are endless, and without guidance, it’s easy to get stuck before you even start.

That’s exactly why we created AutoCAD for Landscape Design
—an online course designed to shortcut the guesswork and help you build real skills, fast.

Here’s how we help you get there:

1. Enroll in Course — Whether you're brand new or ready to go all-in, there's a clear, guided roadmap.
2. Use our pre-built CAD library — With 330+ ready-to-use plant symbols and templates, you’ll save hours of setup.
3. Design a real project — From blank screen to final plan, you’ll design step-by-step with expert instruction along the way.

You won’t just learn how to draw—you’ll understand how everything connects, and finally feel confident producing polished, professional plans you’re proud to share.

Enroll today and design with clarity, not confusion. No more guesswork. No more wasted time.

Just real momentum—one step at a time.
I learned all the skills I need to be an effective designer and am confident in my ability to design real life landscape construction drawings!

Take a look at what's inside — here's what you'll get and what you'll learn.

Why we're different

Most AutoCAD training is either too broad or too basic, and piecing things together usually leaves gaps.

That’s why we created a course built specifically for landscape designers.

You only learn what matters.

✅ Take our pre-built CAD library → deliver polished, professional plans
✅ Take our pre-loaded layers → stay organized and consistent
✅ Take our step-by-step workflow → turn any starting point into a scaled base plan
✅ Take our proven system → make AutoCAD the backbone of your business

This is no longer about learning commands.

This is about building momentum, earning income, and mastering the software that can do it all.

Frequently asked questions

Is software included?

The software is not included, but the good news is: we teach using AutoCAD LT — the most affordable version of AutoCAD. Most students start with the free trial, and we’ll show you exactly how to get set up when you join.

How is the training delivered?

The upgraded 2.0 version of our course is delivered in a weekly drip format over 4 weeks. Module 1 is available immediately upon purchase. Each week, you’ll unlock the next module until all 4 are released. All trainings are 100% online and can be accessed anytime, anywhere — on your schedule.

How long does it take?

The course is 100% online and designed to be self-paced. That means you can move through the material as quickly or slowly as you’d like. During our 2.0 relaunch, the content is being delivered weekly over 4 weeks while we continue to finalize the updated lessons. Most students with full-time responsibilities complete the course in 4–8 weeks.

Do you teach Apple and PC?

Yes! As part of the AutoCAD 2.0 relaunch, lessons are recorded on both Mac and PC — so no matter what platform you’re using, you’ll be able to follow along step by step.

Do you offer payment plans or refunds?

Due to the nature of this course as a digital product — which includes immediate access to downloadable templates and training — we do not offer refunds. At this time, payment plans are not available, but we want every enrollment to be a confident and informed decision. If you have any questions before joining, please reach out via our Contact Page — we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

How do questions get answered? Will I be supported?

Absolutely. We want you to feel supported every step of the way. You can post questions inside the course using the Discussion tab, and you'll receive a direct response there. Or, if you prefer, you can reach out through our Contact Page, and we’ll typically respond within 24–48 hours. No matter where you’re stuck, we’re here to help you keep moving forward.
